Nino Marcantonio leads Marcantonio Global and is accountable for every decision the company makes, including the work of its AI agents. He has set integrity, honesty, faith and security as the company's values.

Governance
Our CEO is the final authority for Marcantonio Global. He sets our direction, approves our commitments, and is accountable for everything done in the company's name, whether a person or an AI agent did the work.
We require the CEO's approval for consequential actions, or that they fall within limits he has approved in advance. That covers external communications, publishing, commitments to partners or customers, and anything involving money or accounts. Our AI agents prepare, research and draft. Accountable people decide.
Marcantonio Global uses a team of AI agents that works under the CEO's direction. Each agent has a defined role:
We require every agent to work within its assigned role, with only the access that role requires.
Our work is guided by honesty, integrity, stewardship and service. We require ethics review of commercial material before it reaches customers, and our conduct is reviewed regularly. We do not claim results, credentials or approvals we do not have.
Security is part of how we work. We protect the information that people and partners entrust to us. We require that each role be limited to what it needs, that access and activity be reviewed regularly, and that any activity can be paused at once if something looks wrong.
We require compliance review of outreach and contracting work before it goes out, and we honor requests to stop receiving our messages. When a question calls for professional judgment, we consult qualified human advisors.

We require our agents to identify themselves as AI and never to pose as a person or an official.
We do not invent facts, figures or contacts. If something is unknown, we say so.
We require each agent to use only the tools and information its job requires.
We protect the information entrusted to us and honor opt-out requests. We do not sell contact lists.
We require our agents to treat emails, websites and documents from outside as information to assess, never as orders to follow.
We require that any AI activity can be stopped at once if something looks wrong, and that it resumes only with accountable human approval.
When something goes wrong, we correct it, record what we learned, and change how we work so it does not happen again.
We build security and compliance review into the work from the start, and we bring in qualified human advisors when needed.
We carry out our work in keeping with the Christian values of honesty, integrity and service to others that guide our leadership.

Marcantonio Global will never ask you for a password, a one-time code, or a change to payment or banking details by email, text or direct message.
