Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Marcantonio Global LLC. If you create an account, start a trial, or buy a service, you agree to them. The acceptable-use rules apply to anyone who uses the site.

The Subscription & Cancellation Policy is part of these terms for anything that renews. The Privacy Policy describes personal information.

We describe the work in general here. A quote, invoice, or statement of work controls when it names a different price or scope for that engagement.

• Free tools, including Spark (the free NINA Rapid Capability Assessment on this site) and the general newsletter in the footer. Free tools do not require a card.
• SIN Pro, a newsletter at $19 per month or $190 per year. SIN Pro Team, at $79 per month or $790 per year, for up to 5 seats. Both are scheduled to launch on November 9, 2026. Each includes a 30-day free trial. A card is collected at signup. The subscription renews until you cancel.
• Monthly MG team support, the advisory tier published on the services page, at $500 per month. That page states no minimum term.
• One-time reports. A Pathway Report is an example, at $2,500. A one-time report does not renew.
• Matchmaking, billed per match at the amount in the quote or invoice for that match.
• Engagements billed under a statement of work or an invoice.
• Ampère Key, as published on its page: an opt-in pilot that is free for 3 months, then $33 per month. Requests today go through the contact form.

Card checkout through Stripe is not live on this website yet. Until it is, paid work is arranged through the contact form and billed as agreed in writing.

Member sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for that email inbox and for activity under the session it opens. Keep the details you give us accurate.

A SIN Pro Team subscription covers up to 5 seats. The person who buys the plan is responsible for the seats on it.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, that we cannot bill, or that we believe is being used to get a second free trial. We will tell you by email when we do, unless the law or a security problem requires us to act first.

Paid subscriptions renew until you cancel. SIN Pro and SIN Pro Team renew each month or each year, matching the plan you chose, at the price listed above. Monthly MG team support renews each month when it is billed as a subscription. Ampère Key renews each month after the 3-month pilot when it is billed as a subscription.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. A required tax can be added. The card or invoice method you give us is used for the charges the plan describes.

The timing of the first charge, trial reminders, annual renewal notices, price-change notices, and how to cancel online are in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

SIN Pro and SIN Pro Team include one 30-day free trial per person. A card is required at signup. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, we do not charge that card for the subscription.

The trial is one per person. A second email address does not create a second trial for the same person. We may refuse a trial when we reasonably believe that person already had one.

You can cancel online at any time. You do not have to call. Cancellation of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access through that date. The Subscription & Cancellation Policy states the billing link, the confirmation email, and what happens during a trial.

For a subscription, if you ask within 7 days of the first charge, we will refund that first charge. We do not otherwise refund part of a paid period, unless the law requires a refund. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period already paid, and it does not by itself refund that period.

Ask for a refund through the contact form. Say it is a refund request and include the email on the subscription.

SIN briefs are drafted with AI and reviewed by a person before they are published. They are information. They are not legal advice, investment advice, or procurement advice. They are not a statement of the United States Government or of any agency.

A human review checks the draft. It does not turn the brief into professional advice, and it does not mean every fact has been verified against a government system of record. Check primary sources before you rely on a brief for a decision.

Nothing on this site, in a brief, in a report, or in an advisory engagement promises a government contract, an Authority to Operate, a certification, or a compliance outcome. We do not award contracts, and we do not grant government authorizations.

When you use the site or an account, you agree that you will:

• Use it only for a lawful purpose.
• Skip trying to break access controls, probe accounts that are not yours, or disrupt the service.
• Skip sending malware or anything you are not allowed to share.
• Skip presenting yourself, or Marcantonio Global LLC, as an agency of the United States Government.
• Skip submitting classified information or controlled unclassified information through the public contact form, the newsletter form, or a public chat.

Marcantonio Global LLC keeps ownership of the site, its marks, SIN briefs, and other materials we create, except where a statement of work assigns a specific deliverable to you. We give you a limited license to use materials we deliver to you for your own internal business. That license does not include reselling a brief or presenting our material as your own product.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a license to use those submissions to answer you and to perform the service you asked for. If you send comments about the site, we may use them to operate and improve it, without owing a separate fee.

The site, briefs, reports, and tools are provided as available. We do not warrant that they are complete, current, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular procurement or investment. Free tools, including Spark, are a snapshot and a next step, not a determination by a contracting officer.

To the extent the law allows, Marcantonio Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, or for a government decision about your company. Our total liability for a claim about a paid service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where that is so, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. This section is part of a draft pending legal review. It is not a statement that a court will enforce it.

TODO-COUNSEL. The state law and the courts that apply to these terms are not selected. This sentence is a placeholder. It does not choose a state, and it does not choose a court.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. A change to a subscription price, or to the renewal terms, also follows the notice periods in the Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Updated terms apply to new orders when they are posted. For an existing subscription, they apply at the next renewal after that notice, unless the law requires an earlier date.
