Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Marcantonio Global LLC will renew a paid subscription until you cancel it. This page states the price, the trial, when the first charge happens, and how to cancel online.

How to cancel

Cancel online at any time on the billing page (/account/billing). You do not have to call.

/account/billing is a placeholder until the Stripe customer portal is connected. If that page is not available, send the cancellation through the contact form. A phone call is still not required. We email a confirmation either way.

Cancel from the account that holds the subscription. On a team plan, the person who bought the plan can cancel the plan. Cancelling removes the renewal. It does not require a phone call, a retention conversation, or a waiting period beyond the end of the current paid period.

The confirmation email states the subscription, the date the cancellation was recorded, and the date access ends.

Trial, then paid

The 30-day trial is available once per person on SIN Pro and SIN Pro Team. We collect a card at signup so the subscription can continue without a second checkout. The charge is not taken at signup. It is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancelled first.

The email about 7 days before the trial ends is a reminder, not a new charge. You can still cancel after that email and before the trial ends.

Annual renewal notice

For a $190 or $790 yearly plan, we email you about 21 days before the renewal date. The notice includes the plan, the renewal date, and the amount to be charged. You can cancel online before that date. If you do, the yearly plan does not renew.

Price-change notice

A price change on an existing subscription is emailed about 14 days before it applies. The notice states the current price and the new price. Cancelling before the renewal keeps the new price from being charged.

California automatic renewal and ROSCA

We wrote this page with California's automatic-renewal statute in mind (Business and Professions Code sections 17600 through 17606) and with the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA). The aim is a clear price, a clear renewal frequency, a clear trial length, a clear statement of when the first charge happens, and a way to cancel online without a phone call.

That is a statement of intent. It is not a legal opinion, and it is not a conclusion that the current website complies with those laws. Checkout is not live yet. Counsel still has to review this draft.
