Why teams work with MG

The team and the path past Phase I

Marcantonio Global builds the team and the route. Proposal writing, where it is needed, comes from partners.

Topic-to-partner matching

We match your technology to a topic and to partners across the MG Alliance, including Centurions where the fit is real.

STTR made simple

SBIR and STTR are both for small businesses. STTR adds a required research-institution partner, and we pair you with one.

Government partnership and teaming

The work is the team and a clear path to a government sponsor, not paperwork alone.

Adaptive acquisition

We map Phase II, Phase III, and other routes, including CSO and OT, when SBIR is not the best path.

Honest fit scoring

Every fit is tagged Proven, Piloted, or Theoretical. No hype.

Questions

Release 1 questions

What does Marcantonio Global do on this release?
We match your technology to a Release 1 topic and to partners, then map the path past Phase I. Proposal support covers positioning, review, and compliance. Partners deliver writing where that is needed. We do not guarantee a topic selection, a proposal award, or a Phase III contract.
When do proposals open and close?
Proposals open October 28, 2026 and close November 25, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET. The Army xTech white paper is due October 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Confirm every date on DSIP. A different topic can follow a different clock.
How is STTR different from SBIR here?
SBIR and STTR are both for small businesses. STTR adds a required research-institution partner. The scan flags which one a topic is. For STTR, we pair you with a research institution.
Can I contact the topic author?
Topic authors can be contacted only until the topics open on October 28, 2026. The pre-release date in this cycle is October 7, 2026. After the topics open, use the solicitation as published.
What are the award ceilings?
Phase I is up to $300,000 for Air Force and the Office of the Secretary of War, or up to $315,000 for Navy, with option. Direct to Phase II is up to $2 million. These are program ceilings, not a price for MG services. Confirm them on DSIP.
Do proposal limits apply?
Proposal limits can be set per solicitation, per topic, or per year. Make one strong bid count. Confirm the limit that applies on DSIP.
Who is eligible?
SBIR and STTR are both for small businesses. STTR adds a required research-institution partner. SBA size and ownership rules set the baseline (13 CFR 121.702: generally 500 or fewer employees, including affiliates), and each solicitation adds its own terms. Register in SAM.gov and the SBA Company Registry, and confirm the topic's CMMC level in the solicitation. Confirm the terms on DSIP. Marcantonio Global does not decide eligibility and does not guarantee an award or a certification.
What should I have ready?
A SAM.gov registration, an SBA Company Registry registration, a DSIP account, the topic's CMMC level, required training, and foreign disclosure forms. The free scan includes a registration checklist. Do not send classified or controlled information through the contact form.
How are fits labeled?
Every fit is tagged Proven, Piloted, or Theoretical. The scan is agent-assisted and human-reviewed before it is sent.

Prepared with AI agents working for Marcantonio Global. Scan outputs are human-reviewed before they are sent. Dates and ceilings are sourced from public DoW releases. Verify them on DSIP.
