MG supported the stand-up of the OSD(Policy) DTIP program from 2017, then led its Future Innovations Forum from 2019 to 2023 at the request of the OUSD(Policy) Executive Secretariat. Delivered at zero cost to the Department of Defense.

Three phases, one pathway
Each engagement moved from narrative to targets to scheduled meetings.
Positioning
Mission outcomes, differentiation, and the “why now” narrative a requirement owner will sit through.
Mapping
Four to five viable landing zones. One or two realistic contracting pathways — SBIR, OTA, MTA, BAA, IDIQ — not a list of every vehicle in the FAR.
Execution
Targets become meetings, artifacts, and dates. A 90-day plan the company can run without another briefing.
